Devil’s Hole Trail traverses the Niagara Gorge and affords views of rapids along the river. The eponymous ledge is actually a series of five ledges so perfectly situated it’s as if nature is inviting you to pull up a seat and admire its handiwork. Another great place to check out for a whole-day hiking trip is Devil’s Hole, a trail that is part of the Niagara Gorge. And yes, this basically makes you Reese Witherspoon in Wild.
The trails at Akron Falls Park run alongside a waterfall and lake and allow access to a scenic rock garden. Get out there and find the landmarks! You need to complete 20 trails by December 20, 2020.Are dogs welcome at the Challenge?Absolutely, they can even register and earn a patch.

High FallsDistance: 1 mileThis rock scramble from Mohonk Mountain House resort is short, intense, and seriously fun. The view is nowhere near as good as Wittenberg, but there is a scary/fun section near the top called the Cornell Crack that requires actual rock climbing skills to navigate.
