He had calls waiting to simply take down a message?Anyway i phoned again in utter frustration and somehow managed to get through to the main team to a lovely woman named Stephanie who was polite and understanding, Willing to look into the issues i had and be pro active about resolving them, within minutes i felt reassured that Stephanie actually cared about me as a customer and I'm confident the issues i have will be resolved now.The overflow team is a complete waste of time and resources who are not trained properly and have no knowledge about anything, extremely rude and uninterested is it's customers problems.However my experience specifically with Stephanie on the main team is the complete opposite and my advise is to sack the overflow team (a glorified answering machine) and employ more like Stephanie or even just get her to train the new staff because she seems to be the only one who has got a clue about what's going on. Do not switch they also take your money before the switch is sorted, They took 89 £ from my account, but I am still supplied by my old supplier, then u can't speak to anyone how can I even get my money back do not switch!!!
